Peter graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a double degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Business (Management). He further enhanced his leadership and commercial expertise by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie University. This unique combination of engineering, business, and management qualifications provides Peter with a strong foundation for delivering practical, strategic, and commercially focused outcomes.
Peter is a highly qualified Registered Certifier with expertise across hydraulic (stormwater), road and drainage, stormwater, strata, and subdivision certification. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Technology Sydney and recently completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie University. He is a Member of Engineering and Technology Sciences (MIEST), a member of IPWEA, and listed on the National Engineering Register (NER). With more than 15 years of industry experience, Peter leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to shaping the future of Sydney’s subdivision, strata, and engineering certification sector. Combining technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong leadership, he works closely with developers, consultants, and authorities to deliver practical, compliant, and efficient certification outcomes for complex development projects.
Peter has extensive experience across a broad range of development and infrastructure projects, including large-scale residential subdivisions, medium-density housing developments, small-scale developments, civil engineering works, and all forms of strata subdivision. His comprehensive understanding of the development process enables him to provide practical, efficient, and compliant certification solutions tailored to the needs of each project. Peter is a Registered Professional Engineer on Engineers Australia’s National Engineering Register (NER) and is an active member of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), the Association of Accredited Certifiers (AAC), and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). His strong industry involvement ensures he remains at the forefront of regulatory, engineering, and development best practices.
